Dimensional Widget provides historical tour services including guided city tours, custom itinerary planning, virtual experiences, educational expeditions, museum passes, and research assistance.
All bookings require advance payment. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Prices are in Canadian dollars and include applicable taxes. Payment processing is PCI-compliant and secure.
Customer cancellations made 14+ days before tour date receive full refund. Cancellations 7-13 days prior receive 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable. Company cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control result in full refund or rescheduling. No-shows are non-refundable.
You agree to provide accurate information, behave appropriately during tours, and follow health and safety guidelines. Inappropriate conduct may result in removal from tours without refund.
All content, logos, and materials on our website are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Dimensional Widget is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We recommend travel insurance for comprehensive coverage.
These terms are governed by Ontario law, Canada. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration or Ontario courts.
We reserve the right to update these terms. Changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
